A few notes
A booking becomes a sale, automatically. Mark an appointment fulfilled and it posts to your accounts the same way a walk-in sale would. Calendly has no concept of your accounts — there, a booking is just an event.
Deposits, recorded properly. Collect a deposit when the booking's made, then the rest when the job's done — both amounts land correctly in your records. Calendly's payment add-on can charge a card, but it doesn't understand a deposit and a final balance as two separate things.
Multi-session packages. A prepaid block — ten tuition sessions, say — with each one tracked as it's used.
Data handling. Booking details are removed automatically a set number of days after the appointment. You can also search and erase records on request.
Bottom line
If you're one person taking bookings and want the appointment to turn into a correctly recorded sale — deposit, balance, and all — without doing that part by hand afterward, N91CE covers more ground end to end. If you run a team and need routing, video links, or calendar sync, Calendly is still the more capable scheduler.
