What happens after you find them
Check their credibility
Each trader shows the deals they've completed in Jade, where both sides confirmed the invoice and settled it. Their invoice becomes your bill, so you both keep the same record. Their SSM number shows as they declared it. 27Gems doesn't vouch for anyone in the directory, so you judge what you see.
Work out the details
Message each other on Jade to agree the job or the order, same as you would on WhatsApp.
It's already in your books
Confirm the invoice and Jade files it on both sides — their sale, your bill — automatically.
Off the app, too
Some months, you just want the room.
27Gems runs a monthly meetup for solopreneurs in the Klang Valley, plus the occasional online workshop — same traders, no screen.

27Gems' Solopreneur Club gives every member a free card with their name on it — start there, then start Jade when you're ready to list a business.
