Recording transactions

Describe a transaction and your AI stages it for you to confirm before anything is saved:

"Bill from Petronas, RM180, petrol for the van."
"Sold 40 packs of kuih today, cash, RM320."
"Client paid SGD500 via Wise — landed as RM1,620 in Maybank."

Checking your position

Ask how things stand and your AI reads back your current figures in plain language:

"How are my finances this month?"
"Any overdue invoices?"
"What does my Form B look like so far?"

N91CE works out the figures (Form B is your LHDN tax form); entering them into LHDN's e-filing is still yours to do.

Setting up your business

Tell your AI about your business and it configures N91CE for you — the setup wizard becomes optional:

"I run a home bakery — mostly cash, some bank transfer."
"Add Maybank ••1234 and Touch 'n Go eWallet as my payment accounts."
"My customer Aminah usually gets 14 days to pay."
"Add my products — Kuih Lapis RM15, Ondeh-Ondeh RM12."
"I take bookings for tuisyen sessions, one hour each."

How to turn it on

N91CE and the connector are both free. You'll need an AI assistant that supports custom connectors — Claude (any plan) or ChatGPT (Business, Enterprise, or Edu) are known to work. Check its settings to confirm yours does.

1 Open your AI assistant and sign in.
2 Find its connector settings — usually under Settings → Connectors or Integrations.
3 Add a custom connector with this address: https://mcp.27gems.com/mcp
4 Sign in to N91CE — or create a free account right there — then grant access to your Google Drive. This is where your books live: in your Drive, not on our servers.
5 That's it. Go back to chat and start talking.

Notes

Version 1.0. The connector ships as part of N91CE reaching version 1.0. Nothing about how you already use N91CE changes.

Review gate. Every entry goes through the same check — nothing posts without your confirmation. If something's wrong, say so and your AI fixes it.

Data location. Your ledger lives in files N91CE creates in your own Google Drive. Access is scoped to those files only — N91CE cannot see the rest of your Drive. Revoke access any time.

If N91CE looks out of date. Open More and tap "Not seeing the latest version? Tap to refresh" near the bottom. Still stuck? Hard-refresh your browser — Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) — or on phone, close the tab or app fully and reopen it. This happens because N91CE runs offline-first: your browser keeps a local copy so it still works without a signal, and that copy can lag a version behind right after we ship something new.
